How to USE ?

STEP 1

Stir the Batter

Stir the batter well before pouring it into the idlis moulds.

STEP 2

Keep in it Cool

Keep in it cool place preferably in refrigerators for better taste.

STEP 3

Directly scoop the Batter

For better idlis, directly scoop the batter out and pour it into the idli steamer.

STEP 4

Add water to Dilute

If you are making dosas, add some water to dilute the batter.

STEP 5

Make Dosas

After dilution, the batter is only good to make dosas.
